1. What is Above and Beyond?
Above and Beyond provides a “personal touch” complete with home management and concierge care for vacation home owners.
2. How long have you been in business?
Kathy is a long time resident of Park City. She has been managing vacation homes for many years and formed Above and Beyond in 2004.
3. In which neighborhoods do you provide Home Management services?
We manage homes in Deer Valley, Deer Crest, Old Town, Park Meadows, Promontory, Pinebrook, Mountain Ranch Estates and Jeremy Ranch.
4. What makes you better than the competition?
We pride ourselves on building long term relationships with our clients and giving them the “hands on” personalized service that they expect. We take pride in providing a strong attention to detail, exceptional communication, and a strong sense of style.
5. How do you determine your home management charges?
Monthly home management fees are based on the square footage of your home.
6. Are Concierge services available?
Yes, we have an ever growing list of concierge services available to all of our clients. We take care of our homes and homeowners “Above and Beyond” their expectations.
7. Do you have full liability insurance to protect our home?
Absolutely. Above and Beyond carries full liability insurance. Additionally, all of the vendors we use are properly insured.
8. What do I do about my mail and shipments?
Let us take care of it, as it is one more thing we do for our clients. Have everything sent to our address and we will deliver the items to your home.
9. What about our utilities, HOA and other household bills? Is Above and Beyond set up to pay these?
Yes, we also offer a bill pay service to further assure convenience in owning your vacation home.
10. Do you have airport pick up and delivery?
Yes, we will make any and all arrangements to get you and your guests comfortably and quickly to your home and back.
11. What about the car we leave at our home?
We highly recommend a battery tickler be installed (which we will set up) and we will drive your car every other week, if you like. We will also take care of all cleaning, maintenance and annual registration inspections.
12. Are you experienced in planning special events and parties?
Yes. We have had the pleasure of working with the area’s top caterers and chefs, and can plan and deliver these services for you.
