Kathy D’Olimpio - Founding Partner
Originally from Hollywood, Kathy and her family moved to Park City while looking for a change of pace and a more suitable environment for raising her family. Since arriving in 2001, Kathy has built many strong and endearing relationships with her clients. She takes pride in doing business on a very personal level, and maintains it her mission to go Above & Beyond for the people she works with. In addition to being a successful business owner, Kathy is a proud mother of two, and in her spare time, enjoys road trips with friends and her Harley Davidson.

Mike D’Olimpio - Co-Owner
Since becoming a part of Above & Beyond, Mike has played a vital role in the success and growth of the company. In addition to serving as a father, Mike’s passions lie in repairing and restoring classic British automobiles, and is often found doing laps at the local race track.

Kimberlee Porter - Director of Operations
Originally from Albuquerque, New Mexico, Kimberlee moved to Utah in 1989 to be closer to her family. As a licensed real estate professional, Kimberlee’s had a hand in many businesses throughout the community, including a term as Vice President of The Cyberlink, an IT company who organized and implemented the media center for the 2002 Olympic Games. When out of the office, Kimberlee can be found pursuing her passion as a gourmet cook for her children and grandchildren.
